I just did it quickly before I forget everything, so some things must be
missing, but this should get you started.

As for now, I have a working pure EFI system on my MacBookPro8,2 late
2011, except for the following:
  
  * sd card reader;
  * keyboard backlight;
  * screen backlight (works, needs improvement);

Please contribute tips and fixes!
