[Mactel-linux-users] Mac Pro Headphone

Hello,
here i have an apple mac pro (1,1) quad xeon 5130. 
Soundcard is HDA-Intel, /proc/asound/card0/codec#0 unveils: Codec: Realtek 
ALC889A.
My kernel is a 2.6.31 Sabayon. 
Sound Driver: 3.8.1a-980706 (ALSA v1.0.20 emulation code)

Although sound is mainly working the headphone jack at the front does not.

Is there a way to get it work or is it just wasted time?
