Thanks for the tip. Unfortunately, 2.6.27-rc1 doesn't work either:

  PCI: Not using MMCONFIG.
  PCI: BIOS Bug: MCFG area at f0000000 is not reserved in ACPI motherboard
       resources
  PCI: Not using MMCONFIG.

As for tweaking the "PCI options", I coudln't find where in the kernel
config. Could you be more precise?
