how can we get a working `secondary click' with the ClickPad of Unibody MacBook ?

I've not tried it myself on a Unibody, but I use this driver on my 4,1
(multitouch):

.. and it works perfectly. As you can see it certainly claims to
support the Unibody, so I would tend to believe so.

I play with kernel 2.6.30, and bcm5974 works quite well.
Nevertheless I am a little confused:
1] what must we understand by palm ?
2] how to configure the secondary click feature ?

I guess it is the Option "MultiFingerButton",
which is not available for synaptics distributed
by Debian Lenny:
where can we get the mactel patch to synaptics ?
