#16 Better "Open Connection..." Dialog

The following things would be useful:

- direct access to "edit this favorite" from the
open-dialog

- Windowpane instead of popup-menu to allow
easy selection of a favorite (see Niftytelnet)

- "recent hosts"-function which remembers the last
few hosts which had been used
