#1 Update to new Version

Hi Mac,
first of all your page "http://mac.x10hosting.com/" and "http://macs-framework.sourceforge.net/index.php/chat" is currently not avaible but maybe you already know.

I am using your Framework now since a year and want to upgrade my Version without losing all my content.

How to do this?
- download and replace all files except in writeable folder? :-)

I hope to get a little feedback.
