#1 Download completed OK. Won't launch when the application is

Hello,

I am having trouble opening the MacMonitor program. Once successfully downloaded, I double-click on the application icon which appears to begin opening, but never actually opens. I have tried this a few times after removing the program and re-downloading it again, but still no success.

I am on Mac OSX 10.3.9

Any tips on how to get it operational would be greatly appreciated.
