[macker-user] command line execution help

I'm trying to execute Macker from the command line, to get
familiar with it and determine whether to start using it. There
are no instructions on how to execute it from the command line.

How do I tell it the location of all of the classes to be
included in the analysis? Do I have to list each file
individually, a directory, or what?
