[macker-user] Analysing a project from the command line

I have just started using macker.

There doesn't seem to be a way to point macker at a folder structure and
have it analyse every class file in the hierarchy - have I missed something?
I am using the command line interface from Windows. Perhaps the program is
mainly intended as an Ant task, but I am not using Ant.

Classycle supports folder trees with class and jar files - it seems a fairly
natural thing to want to do.
