#16 True virtual host configuration

Some things to be able to configure on a per-host basis:
- Support for separate error and no-access pages for each site, permitting users to customise the error page for each host (graphic style, contact e-mail, etc)
- Different default filenames for each host
- Different default MIME type
- others maybe
