#12 Logging additions/enhancements

Some things to consider for logging enhancements:
1) "Verbose" logging (e.g., same as "Verbose
Messages" but written to log), perhaps with
selective levels and/or areas (recognizing the
performance hit)
2) Periodic "stats" (e.g., "Current", "Busy",
"Denied", etc.) dump to log (configurable)
