[Machinations-devel] TexManager

I sent the TexManager to CVS as well as updated TexLoader and the TexEdit program.
As on TexManager, i wasn't able to link to oglwrap yet:(( I have to go now, but i will write 
oglwrap in pascal tonight as a quick fix. Okay, talk to you later.
