cause: maximised then restored down the window.
effect: This occurs when units are in view. A triangle
appears to extend from each model to the crosshair in
the centre of the screen. The triangles will follow the
crosshair as you pan or tilt. I'm fairly certain the
triangles extend from each units firing/repair origin, as
the triangle extending from the mech fabricator rotates
(because the mech fabricators repair origin rotates).
