You could use MacPorts and install it.

gpg-agent             @2.0.16         security/gpg-agent

Hello,

[1st time user]
I installed Mac gpg 1.4.9 on Mac OS X 1.6.4 just fine.
I downloaded and installed GPG Keychain Access from Git hub ok.
But, when I start GPG Keychain Access, it complains: 
    gpg-agen not found!
    Without gpg-agent you can't access passphrase protected keys
However, I can't find any info or link on http://macgpg.sourceforge.net/ for 
gpg-agent.
What is the recommended place to download it?
