#2 Ability to define groups

It would be great (a feature that is also missing in PGP) to be able
to define groups of people to encrypt a file for. I sent out a certain
file every month to a group of twenty people, and I always have to
single-handedly select every member of that group. Why can't I
just define a group and select that group and that's it?

I know that this can also be done through PKI (defining one key for
one group), but that is not practical as this group keeps changing
and sometimes I just have to add or subtract one or two members
from that basic group.
