#1 r0437 Create multimedia resource permission test

Priyanka could you test the following functions in revision r0437 which I will update later:
1. Create new multimedia and add permission to a group
2. Create new synchronized xml recording and add permission to a group
*3. When updating multimedia resources, create new permission to this resource
The results of above operations should be seen in the userGroup show page.

When I created anew recording and gave the Group permission as Read, it is shown in the User Group page.
I also changed the recording permission from the Show Group page to Annotate and it shows the changes.
But when I tried to change the Recording permission from Edit Recording page, it doesn't let me change the group permission from there, showing me the error message "Cannot Save resource Permission".
