#5 hash database rehashed upon restart

Every time one quits and restarts macdc++, the hash data base is created
from scratch and since the current code base is fairly unstable (quite a lot
of random crashes) it becomes very annoying with respect to heat and fan
noise.

actually, it seems to rehash the database on a regular
interval, if you leave madc++ for a longer time, the hashing
starts all over again. hashdata.dat will grow for each time,
i.e it keeps adding data to that file, seemingly until you
run out of diskspace
