#98 SSH commit error

I added a file using SSH and MacCVSPro 2.7b3 (Carbon). The
file was added but when MacCVSPro tried to go to the home/user
directory it couldn't because I don't have that folder on the server.

MacCVSPro was unable to recover from this simple error and so I
ended up having to hack one of the files in the invisible CVS
folder.
