#3 enable editing of Journal list

The user should be able to add to the Journal list without having to quit MacBibTk and re-sourcing strings.bib. Perhaps this can be handled in a preference?

The journal abbreviations should be mapped to the full journal title. For Physics journals, proper citation requires an abbrev. journal title. If the user types the full journal name, then the conversion to the abbreviated form should be transparent. In the prefs the user should state whether full or abbreviated titles should be used.
