Bug fix and migration release. Fixes some stalling and other bugs. Release as a Universal Binary but tested only on PowerPC.

The project has been converted to use the XCode IDE. The CodeWarrior IDE originally used is now obsolete so this conversion was an obvious step to make.

This might even allow the application to build and run on Intel based Macs. Reports, good or bad, would be welcome.
