#4 MUXed MPEG split into Video and Audio tracks

MUXED MPEGs is difficult to handle using Quicktime. If I try to
export into MOV or MP4, audio is lost.
MPEGs with separate video and audio tracks on the other hand,
is handled properly.

Could bbDEMUX have an optional setting to convert a MUXed
MPEG file into a single MPEG file with separate video and audio
tracks?
