Hello everybody! I am really new to linux and just installed mac4lin using the included script in XFCE4 on a debian install. I am wondering if it is possible to create a panel at the top which indicates the open program and houses the window controls ie. close , maximize and minimize, just like Mac OSX. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I'm not sure I understand your question. Are you taking something like "global menu"? The window controls are always associated with the window in consideration and aren't separated even in OSX.

Sammy,
I'm not sure I understand your question. Are you taking something like "global menu"? The window controls are always associated with the window in consideration and aren't separated even in OSX.
Thank you so much for providing support.
Yes, that is what I am talking about. It would be great if it is possible in XFCE4.
