#8 MAC is not recognizing ID3 track # tags

I am using MAC2.97alpha7 and noticed that it is not
recognizing the track # for my mp3 files (both for ID3v1
and ID3v2). The message displayed when accessing the
information (F7) is "not present". The main view does
not display the information either.

My player (RealPlayer 2) and MP3TagToolsv1.2 both
recognizes the values.

The files are VBR and were ripped under EAC0.9. Some
tags were edited using MP3TagToolsv1.2 and the tracks
are replaygained with MP3Gain.
