#19 VBR rips

Similar to Feature Enhancement "833478 Rips done with
MusicMatch VBR", I also use MusicMatch 8.1 as well as
Roxio Easy CD & DVD Creator 6 and not only do all VBR
conversions come up as CBR 32kbps, but the song
duration is also wrong.

This isn't really an enhancement so much as a bug fix
which is why I'm adding it here.

This is happening due to the lack of VBRI header reading
capabilities.
Xing headers should be read fine (LAME, Xing, GOGO...)
