Hi, I have a 400MHz Pismo PowerBook with 756 MB RAM. I am running OpenSUSE 10.2 with a 2.6.20.2 kernel. I have an OS 9.2 partition. I just downloaded and installed from source mol 0.9.72.1. I ran molvconf= ig (as root) and changed only the following in /etc/mol/molrc.macos: ram_size: 128 and commented out # blkdev: /dev/hdb -rw # blkdev: /dev/sda -rw # blkdev: /dev/sdb -rw The following is the output I get when I run startmol: $ startmol Mac-on-Linux 0.9.73-SVN [Aug 2 2007 23:33] Copyright (C) 1997-2004 Samuel Rydh Starting MOL session 0 Running in PowerPC 750 mode, 128 MB RAM Timebase: 24.96 MHz, Bus: 99.86 MHz, Clock: 400 MHz Using USB mouse on /dev/input/mice OHCI USB controller registered Could not open '/var/local/mol/x11.kbd' Fullscreen video on VT 8. CPU usage goes up to 100%. I get a 640x480 X= window with "Mac-on-Linux" in the titlebar. It starts off blank light gr= ey and after about 2 minutes the background colour changes to a slightly darker grey and that's it. Any ideas what I could be doing wrong?
