Hi, I had to reinstall my OS X and decided to use UFS instead of HFS+, because it's case sensitive. But now MOL doesn't detect the partition with OS X. % startmol -X … ----> /dev/hda2 might be a boot-strap partition. ------> /dev/hda4 is linux-mounted with write privileges. Could not open '/dev/hda4' with read-write permissions ----> /dev/hda6 might be a boot-strap partition. ----> (disk_open) Device /dev/hda8 is zero length, refusing to use it.: Bad file descriptor # fdisk -l /dev/hda /dev/hda # type name length base ( size ) system /dev/hda1 Apple_partition_map Apple 63 @ 1 ( 31.5k) Partition map /dev/hda2 Apple_Bootstrap bootstrap 1600 @ 64 (800.0k) NewWorld bootblock /dev/hda3 Apple_UNIX_SVR2 Linux_root 8388608 @ 1664 ( 4.0G) Linux native /dev/hda4 Apple_UNIX_SVR2 Linux_var 2097152 @ 8390272 ( 1.0G) Linux native /dev/hda5 Apple_UNIX_SVR2 Linux_home 37748736 @ 10487424 ( 18.0G) Linux native /dev/hda6 Apple_Boot eXternal booter 17408 @ 48236160 ( 8.5M) Unknown /dev/hda7 Apple_UFS Apple_UFS_Untitled_2 10351552 @ 48253568 ( 4.9G) Unknown Block size=512, Number of Blocks=58605120 Does MOL work with UFS? I've done this, already. But now I tried to use only the 7th partition and I've got this message: ----> /dev/hda7 is not a HFS disk (use -force to override) So, MOL needs an HFS.
