[Mac-emacs-users] How to get latest Emacs for OS X?

Hello,

I'm sorry, I've gotten a little confused as to how to get the latest Emacs 
for OS X.  I've looked at the home page but it appears that it may be out 
of date?

Is the procedure described at 
<http://www.cse.cuhk.edu.hk/~akochoi/emacs/macosx/readme.txt> the best way?
   Or is it better to get the latest head branch from CVS the best?
