Using font specs like

  -apple-andale mono-medium-r-normal--10-0-75-75-m-0-mac-roman
  -apple-andale mono-medium-r-normal--11-0-75-75-m-0-mac-roman
  -apple-andale mono-medium-r-normal--12-0-75-75-m-0-mac-roman

with set-frame-font should work, because Truetype fonts are treated as
`scalable' fonts by Emacs.
