[Mac-emacs-users] Mac OSX patches

I would like to try the current CVS emacs on Mac OSX. Especially since it
has many updates concerning character encodings (Mac-Roman, ISO-8859-15
etc).
However the patch that Andrew supplied is not applicable to the CVS
version. Especially since they contain diffs for the configure files etc. 
Are there diffs that only apply to the sources, i.e. a minimal set of
patches that could be merged in the CVS sources?
