As AA suggested, the tutorial (C-h t) is a good place to start.

The FAQ file that comes with the distribution contains FAQ's on using
the Mac port.  There is also a general FAQ for Emacs

Not all features described there work on the Mac port though.  You can
also find a lot of information by reading the USENET newsgroup
gnu.emacs.help.
