I am working on releasing version 1.1 in the near futute. Here are some of the changes that are planned.
1. String percepts will put their value in the percept elements value rather than in an attribute, thus allowing for the use of CDATA tags.
2. An 'annotation' attribte for adding notes to Percepts.
3. A complex percept type where the value of the element will not be defined, allowing for application specific parsing.
4. A PerceptBundle element which can be used to combine percepts with common attributes, e.g the same timestamp.
