New eagle2kicad converter scripts

Aloha everyone

I have also a new version of eagle2kicad-0.8.ulp
and eagle2kicad_sch-0.3.ulp

Those scripts converte an eagle library or an eagle schematic into the suiteable form for kicad.

I fix some bugs. For further informations read the Release- and Change Notes
