packages to your disk. In  some cases,   virus scanners  respectivly the 
security software  used with your Windows system detects  some  files as 
bad and prevent that data to be installed with your system.

In  that case, the security software needs to be deactivated for the time 
of installation to make it sure the software is installed correctly.

In such  cases  it  is  highly  recommended  to configure the server home 
directory c:\lx as an exception with the securtity software, permanently.

The package is virus-free and contains no malicious software, for sure.
