how to create bootable USB on MacOS?

LxPup Bionic 18.05 12.iso

every file i download appears corrupt.

even LxPup Xenial 17.11.iso appears corrupt

i have downloaded multiple times on different devices, same issue.
i have tried Etcher app and UNetBootIn app on Mac,
the error appears that it has No Bootable File included in ISO.
