no real idea as i've never used - looks pretty complicated tho....
some random thoughts:
.. an Ubuntu flavour of LxPup is probably most likely to work - e.g. LxPupXenial with the .deb build of VirtualBox
.. QT5 is needed and this doesn't usually come with Puppy/LxPup (again LxPupXenial is most likely to have QT5)
.. Python is needed so the appropriate devx needs to be loaded
.. there is a generic .run installation method which builds VB on the host system - the kernel sources .sfs will be needed
