It is wrong. GTK 3.2.0 does not have "Primary" key, neither 2.24.0 has one, it was added later. It might need some additional logic to be added, since with gtk+ 2.24.25 on my system I don't have this issue so adding your change will solve issue for you but may break everything for me.
