Hello,

here attached lxpanel-0.3.99 patch to support startup-notification. In 
desktop files - "StartupNotify" field, in "old style fbpanel" configs - 
the action with startup notification is "actionsn". Be sure if openbox 
load OB_CURSOR_BUSYPOINTER, else you will see the same normal cursor. 
Latest cursor font from Xorg hasn't "left_ptr_watch" cursor, i patched 
openbox for load "watch" cursor. Patch for openbox also attached. Thank you.
