If nobody have any other thoughts anymore then I'll make it such way:

1) while in progress it will show something like:

á áFile operation is in progress...
á á Copying files: á1,2,3
á á To: á á á á á á /some/target/path
á á |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
á á Copying 2
á á Time remaining: 00:01:23

I think you can ommit "...is..."

This could be "File operation in progress"

2) if failed it will show:

á á[!] Errors occured before file operation was stopped.
á á Copying files: á1,2,3
á á To: á á á á á á /some/target/path
á á |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

á á Errors occured:
á á ............

The "stopped" is the operation ending with success?

If so I propose "Errors occured before file operation was completed"
3) if finished with errors:

á á[!] The file operation was completed with errors.
á á Copying files: á1,2,3
á á To: á á á á á á /some/target/path
á á |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

á á Errors occured:
á á ............
