It would be nice to have a setting for the terminal scrollback lines.

I hacked together a patch to have a new "Scrollback lines" option in the preferences.

(I also corrected a couple of warning during compilation. Maybe I will correct more when I have time. They are simple casts).

    Changed title; other features have been added

    Hesitant to add option to hide menu until we have a good way of giving the user instructions on how to get it back.
