I find the present behavior of taskbar buttons (when the "combine multiple application windows into a single button" option is set) rather cumbersome, and would welcome having an option where clicking on such a button would just raise one of the "combined" windows, and clicking it again would raise the next one of these windows, and so on.
In other words, if three windows (A,B,C) were grouped in a single button, then clicking on that button would raise the last-active window of A,B,C if none of them were active -- if, however, one of these was already active (e.g. B), then clicking on the button would raise the next in the list (e.g. C), and clicking again would raise A, and so on...
For me, this would be a much faster (and more natural) way of finding "which" of the grouped windows I want.
