#934 lxhotkey window application size on 10"/11" netbook screen

I am new to reporting bugs here, so sorry in advance if I have done something wrong.

I have however tried to search for this issue but didn't seem to find anything applicable.

The issue I have found is with Lxhotkey on a 10"/11" netbook the whole window doesn''t show up, I was advised to report this here, but also as a work around hold down alt and click / drag the window.

I have added a blog post about this to my website, as I want to try and ask others if they can either confirm this issue and or help identify other applications where this issue also occurs.

I have also attached a screenshot illustrating the issue.

I am not a developer, but it seems a fix for this could be to add a window scroll bar widget.

I am running Debian 10.3 on my netbook which is where I am experiencing this issue.
