lxdm: LoginReady has no xauthority

Running programs like xrandr in LoginReady fails (purpose is to setup external monitors properly)

LoginReady has no inheirited xauthority

Current workaround is to setup and export hardcoded XAUTHORITY environment:

XAUTHORITY=/var/run/lxdm/lxdm-:0.auth
export XAUTHORITY

That is not really nice :-S

Seen on ArchLinux with lxdm-0.5.3-4 (GTK3 build)
