#710 lxpanel does not reserve space correctly
Lxpanel from current git is not reserving space correctly (previously it worked well). This is my screen layout:

To demonstrate:
1) I have a maximised window on each screen.
2) I start lxpanel (on the left screen) and it covers the bottom of the maximised window (bad).
3) I move the panel to the right screen and the window there is resized so that it is not covered by the panel (good).
4) I move the panel back to the left screen and the window there is now resized so that it is not covered by the window (good). But the window on the right screen is also resized so that its bottom is level with the top of the panel on the left screen (bad).
5) (Not shown) I move the panel back to the right screen and both windows are resized correctly.
6) Situations (4) and (5) are the final state - if I move the panel between the screens more times I just get these two situations.

I hope this issue is completely fixed recently in the GIT repository. Test it when possible and report back if something is still wrong. Thank you a lot for the diagnostics!
