#685 Regression: lxpolkit is missing in autostart.

The lxpolkit was used to be started on Openbox session start, due to presence of the file /etc/xdg/autostart/lxpolkit.desktop, and since it was moved to lxsession sources, that file is missing and it does not start anymore, which leads to the authentication problems. Fix that, please.
