LXCF using libvirt LXC

LXCF can be operated by release 0.3 on Fedora19　in addition to Fedora20.
LXCF can control the resource of each container by using cgroup. However, the specification of sysfs path of the libvirt cgroup is different by Fedora 19 and 20. Then, to correspond to the difference, I corrected LXCF.

LXCF was made as a tool for LXC of libvirt.
In the future, I will make RHEL and CentOS that can use same libvirt LXC the object of LXCF.
