#25 relying on a nonexistent library

according to README lx-viewer relies on OpenDWG library
which is no longer avilable.
README points to http://www.opendwg.org where no
OpenDWG library can be downloaded.

It probably should have pointed here:
http://www.opendesign.com/downloads/guest.htm
Where however the OpenDWG libraries are marked as legacy
and are not clickable. Nothing can be downloaded from
there.
