#21 error parsing file names

If you have a directory name that contains `%20'
lx-viewer will convert it to a ` ', resulting in a file
not found error.

I have not tried this with file names.

There is a also a problem with filenames with accented
characters. I think the operations to access files need to
use QFile::decodeName() and QFile::encodeName().
