lwatch-0.2 release

Version 0.2 of lwatch has been released. This is a log parser/analyzer written in C with PCRE library. It is small and efficient. For now ths software could colorize your logs. You are able to define your own colors using regexp patterns.

Major changes from previous release: better autotools support, some small bugfixes, new configuration option available, added legal stuff (required by GPL and PCRE licence).
