lwatch-0.1 release (beta)

First release of Log Watcher tool. lwatch is log parser/analyzer written in C with PCRE library. It is small and efficient. For now this software has a basic functionality of reading syslog logs, apply regexp pattern and add user-defined colors. Any suggestion, feature requests and bugs report welcomed.
