I am trying to compile Luscus but I am unable to do it on macOS Monterey (12.2.1). As you stated in the installation instructions that Luscus depends on GTKGLEXT from MacPorts but installing GtkGlExt on macOS Monterey is not working. This is due the fact that GTKGLEXT depends on pangox-compat port and pangox is not working as they developers have moved away from it in their change of pango from 1.42 to 1.48 and 1.50.
Is there a solution to installing Luscus with the above issues?
